Reclassification

Counts decks whose stored archetype label literally changed since the cutoff — driven by lastClassificationChangedAt, which the propagate path only writes when the new (strategy, archetype, colorIdentity) tuple differs from the row's previous value. After a rules-version bump these counts represent the real impact of the rule changes, not the size of the propagate sweep.
